Lauri Nakstroem is the owner and director of both Alicante Football Academy and Murcia Football Academy. With more than 15 years of experience in football, he has helped many young players get closer to their dreams and built two strong academies focused on growth, opportunity, and a genuine love for the game.
Lauri is always thinking about how to create the best environment for young players to grow with confidence. Whether he is designing training programs, supporting his staff, or helping players face new challenges, he stays focused on helping talent develop through steady effort, hard work, and good coaching.
When he is not on the football field, Lauri enjoys cars just as much. He loves everything about them, from their performance and design to the simple pleasure of a good drive. He also loves snowboarding and is always ready for a trip to the slopes. These hobbies show he’s energetic and curious.
Lauri brings energy and a welcoming spirit to everything he does. He believes that combining ambition with empathy leads to the best results. In his academies, players feel supported, challenged, and proud of what they achieve.
